Paul Lake

A native of the Jersey Shore, Paul Lake has been with Scarborough Fair for over 10 years. He has worked his way up the ranks from waiter to manager, and now as the Maitre d’ and Banquet Manager. Lake is the warm face that greets you at the door and takes care of your every needs while dining at the Scarborough Fair.
