Celebrating 25 Years, Scarborough Fair Soars to New Heights
with Appointment of Executive Chef Michael Thompson; Newly added Chef’s Table, Tantalizing Tasting Menus Now Featured at the Redesigned Scarborough Fair

Sea Girt, NJ—November 1, 2007—Celebrating 25 years, Scarborough Fair, a fine-dining restaurant of delectable food, wine and ambiance, today announces the appointment of Executive Chef Michael Thompson. A California native, now residing in Point Pleasant, Thompson brings an array tastes and experiences to Scarborough Fair. Thompson, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, worked at some of California’s most celebrated kitchens including STARS, La Folie, and most notably, Masa’s, where he was personally trained under Master Chef Julian Serrano. Now at Scarborough Fair, Chef Michael Thompson brings to the Jersey Shore a taste of California cuisine with presentations that are just as wonderful as the food itself. Some of the new menu items include the season’s harvest such as xxx, xxx, and xxx. Scarborough Fair, considered one of the most beautiful and unique restaurants in the Jersey Shore, is an ideal choice for a night out with friends, family, business celebration or an intimate dinner for two.

For example, guests can request the xxx’s alcoves where they can see and be seen, or reserve the private Chef’s table that features a separate entrance for ultimate obscurity.
